Zoom Zoom Tests – Terms & Conditions

The service provided is subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which you accept by using our website, submitting our form, or making payment. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Company Information & Independence
Zoom Zoom Tests is an independent driving test cancellation and booking assistance service. We are not the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the DVSA in any
way. All driving tests are administered solely by the DVSA. Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Signing up does not guarantee that an earlier test date will be found. Our fees are strictly for software access, monitoring, and administrative effort and are separate from any DVSA fees.
2. Service Description
We provide an automated and manual administrative service that monitors DVSA driving test cancellations and books suitable tests on your behalf based on the preferences submitted via our official application form. By providing your driving licence number, you explicitly authorise us to access the DVSA booking system on your behalf to check for earlier tests and/or reschedule your test where permitted.
3. Personal Data & Authorisation
Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Licence details are used solely to act as your authorised agent for DVSA access.
4. Application Form & Preferences
The official application form is the sole authoritative source of your test preferences. Preferences provided via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels do not override the latest submitted form. If a search is paused, cancelled, refunded, or restarted, all manual adjustments are cleared. It is your responsibility to submit a new or updated form before any restart. Failure to do so means the system will operate strictly based on the last valid form submitted.
5. Auto Booking Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that our system may book a test instantly and automatically when a suitable slot becomes available, without prior confirmation. We are not liable for bookings made due to delayed updates or failure to notify us of unavailable dates in advance.
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is displayed before payment and depends on your circumstances and options selected.
• £120 – Existing DVSA booking with valid reference number
• £220 – No existing DVSA booking (DVSA fee paid first by us)
• +£60 – Hard to find test centres
• +£60 – High priority searching
• ADI Part 2 & 3: +£150
• Extended test: +£225
All payments are for administrative services only and are non refundable except where explicitly stated in our refund policy.
7. Hard to Find Test Centres
Certain test centres have extremely limited availability and may release only one or two cancellations per month. Selecting narrow date or time ranges significantly reduces success probability. Additional patience is required.
8. Money Back Guarantee
Refund eligibility applies only where all conditions are met.
Easy Test Centres
• Minimum continuous search: 12 weeks
• All time slots must be selected
• Refund may be requested if no test is found within 60 calendar days
Hard to Find Test Centres
• Minimum continuous search: 24 weeks
• All time slots must be selected
• Refund may be requested if no test is found within 120 calendar days
Refunds are void if incorrect details are provided, the search is cancelled early, or preferences restrict availability.
9. Refund Exclusions
No refunds will be issued if:
• A test has been booked
• You fail your test
• The DVSA or an examiner cancels the test
• Incorrect or incomplete information was supplied
• You request changes after booking
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes outside the terms of this agreement. Any chargeback initiated contrary to these Terms may be disputed with evidence of service delivery, form submissions, and system
logs. Payment provider fees are non refundable.
11. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for test preparation, documents, vehicle suitability, and managing DVSA deadlines. We are not responsible for failures or cancellations caused by the learner driver or instructor.
12. Test Protection
Once booked, you must verify your test directly with DVSA and secure it against unauthorised changes. We are not responsible for misuse of your details by third parties or cancelled tests caused by credential exposure.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for DVSA system issues, examiner availability, or circumstances outside our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zoom Zoom Tests and supersede all prior discussions, messages, or representations. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance.
